youve done something or added something. What all tweaks in cydia and from what sources?

@theiphoneguy ih8snow helped fixed my iPhone 4s yesterday through that remote application to help me get cydia back so I think through the process he might've did something accidental because I can't even use iMessage on wifi like you would on an iPod.

Usually problems with Facetime and iMessage are related to lack of proper activation - this is common on iPhones that have been unofficially unlocked.

MMS can be a carrier issue (not having the proper carrier settings in your phone).

Have you tried calling your carrier to verify that the phone is still properly set up with them? They might just tell you to restore the device and start over, which isn't what you want since that'll erase your jailbreak, but it may be worth seeing what they say.

4S's can't be hacktivated, right?

(10 Apr '12, 23:38) JonSeals ♦ JonSeals's gravatar image

No, not that I know of. There are Gevey SIMs that work with iPhone 4S though.

gevey will activate imessage and sms just by emails and not the cell number :)
