Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.
Check @PanguTeam, @taig_jailbreak, @saurik, and /r/jailbreak for news and updates.
You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have iphone 3gs with new 5.1 upgrade, I was low on power and powered down a few times, and somehow after this it got stuck in the boot loop. I tryed now evrythink jailbraking it, restoring from DFU, from Itunes (actually itunes does see the device) and using irecovery (I think this program was for older version and not for the current one as it was not working to its best) but no luck .... please please recomend me something I need it back to life

A low battery it's self cannot cause a boot loop. It will how ever hide it as the phone will not attempt to boot until a sufficient charge is present.

If you already have an updated baseband then a factory restore is best option. If unsure or relying on software unlock use a custom ipsw. If you plan to jailbreak, check for 5.0.1 shsh on Cydia. That iOS version is preferred.

thanks for the quick reply! All this happend after I updated the phone to 5.1 ... for a while it was working fine but after the battery has died it got to the bootloop. ((and I do not know the history of the phone before this as I bought a few mounths ago))

I did try the factory restore ... the same bootloop :( I will give a try for 5.0.1 shsh on Cydia (will google it up and see what i can do), thanks again!
