Cydia unable to load

For some reason when cydia opens and I select anything on home page I get message unable to load( could not connect to server)...I'm on a iPad 5.0.1.... My wifi works well and I don't get that message on my iPhone 4 and bits on the same wifi network... What is the problem and how to fix it.... And my date and time is also correct.

Reset your Network Settings from Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Then Try Again.
