Cydia won't let me download anything it says i have no sources and it also reads "this device is in the pending TSS queue". what do i do?

The "pending in the tss queue" means that it is waiting on confirmation of saving SHSH blobs for 5.1. Doesn't really matter for your situation. You will need to allow Cydia to fully load the sources prior to being able to download any packages. Try clicking "refresh". If that does not work, you can also manually add a repository (source) and that will force a reload of sources. You can add mine if you want Cydia>Manage>Sources>Edit>Add (you can delete if you want after your sources have loaded) Hope this solves your issue!

You'll need to go to the changes tab at the bottom and press refresh at the top. Everything should work after "Reloading Data" disappears.
Also, you should click "ask a question" at the top of the page next time, as people probably won't see your question if it's posted as an answer.
