As the title reveals, i got some problem with wepapps since i jailbreaked my iphone 4 (4.2.1) with greenpois0n Win rc5 b4. When i open a link in a fullscreen webapp, the link opens in a new safari browser instead of the fullscreen webapp.. Is there any solution, i.e. editing some plist?

Sounds like a real bug. I would try to re-install the webapps by deleting the homescreen icon and going through the add to homescreen process again.

The jailbreak way would be to download Browser Changer from Cydia, download a Full Screen browser from the official App Store (one supported by Browser Changer) and set Browser Changer to launch that full screen browser app.

You can also download CloudApp3 from the App Store (for free), go to the app's preferences in the Settings menu, set the address of the webapp in CloudApp3's homepage settings, and then use the various tweaks in Cydia to change the icon and name of CloudApp3 to something else. You can then set CloudApp3 to always run in fullscreen mode.
