How to jailbreak iOS 6.0-6.1.2 untethered on all iOS devices (and 6.1.3 tethered on older iOS devices).
Apple has released iOS 6.1.3 and 6.1.4; do not upgrade/restore (if you want to keep your jailbreak). You cannot downgrade/upgrade/restore to 6.1.2 using SHSH blobs on newer devices; older devices that can use SHSH blobs are iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPod touch 4th gen. Learn more.

This device is in the pending tss queue

I have "jailbroken" my iPad 2 on iOS 5.0.1 a couple of days ago. I have cydia however i have a message which says: This device is in the pending tss queue. Im not able to download anything out of cydia. Should i just wait until the message goes away? If i should, for how long? Please let me know if there's something else that needs to be done for me to start customizing my iPad or if i have done something wrong to it. Im very new to this. Thank you.

Are there any "Essential Upgrades" Available in Cydia? If yes, then do upgrade them. Also, go to Settings > General > Date & Time > and see if the year/date is perfect; try to reboot, try another Wi-Fi hotspot.

Actually I would wait for a few days more, you'll see 5.1 on top then.
