Is this untethered? Does this jailbreak save your old apps? Won't it delete any of your apps?

You should never use these scammer sites. The domain name is written wrong and is just similar to limera1n.

It probably works, but is tethered.

For an untethered jailbreak of 4.2.1, first install (restore) or update to 4.2.1, then run greenpois0n rc5. Greenpois0n doesn't delete any apps, but a backup and full sync is recommended anyway in case it fails and you need to restore.

The jailbreak method that site is referring to is redsn0w.

Neither redsn0w nor greenpois0n delete any of your apps or settings IF you were already running 4.2.1 or were never jailbroken and click "update" in iTunes.

Otherwise, both methods require you to restore (as in the picture below), which WILL delete your apps and settings if you don't back up.

You can back up by selecting your device as in the photo above, then right clicking and selecting "Back Up" from the popup menu:

Once you have backed up, only then proceed with the jailbreak. To guarantee that you don't have any issues with your jailbreak, you should "restore" to a fresh version of the software and jailbreak on that clean copy:
