OK. Are you ready for this?...

First, backup your device on iTunes - if it does not recognise it is there, then put it in DFU mode.

Secondly, restore to iOS 4.2.1 (by holding shift and clicking on restore).

Thirdly, when i comes up with an error, ignore it (do not do anything!) -Your iDevice should now be in Recovery Mode (a sign telling you to plug it into iTunes).

Next, Use GreenPois0n to jailbreak your iDevice.

It should now come up with recovery mode (as if it is a new iDevice).

Now, go on iTunes and it should appear as a new iDevice (a new iPhone 4 in my case). - Restore from the backup.

It should now be Jailbroken without it being stuck on the GreenPois0n logo :D
