Yay!!!!!!! Ok so I fixed it, if anyone has any problems similar to this, this is what you do... So I tried to put phone into recovery mode (not DFU mode) (first make sure your iphone is disconnected from the computer) this is by pressing and holding the power and Home buttons at the same time. When your phone turns off, release the power and Home buttons. Then, leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, itunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector (or usb), continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. Then I already had Itunes opened and it popped up with "Iphone is in recovery mode and needs to be restored to use." So I started the factory restore process about 20-30 mins in my phone restarted and went back to the damn loop.. So that way doesnt work, but I have found the right way to do it, instead of putting your phone into recovery mode, put the phone into DFU mode by plugging it into the computer with itunes up, then hold the power and the home button until the screen goes black release the power button but still holding the home button for about 3-10 seconds until it shows up into itunes, the screen will still be solid black displaying nothing, but in itunes it will say the same thing, "Iphone is in recovery mode and needs to be restored to use."

But it is in DFU mode but says recovery mode, this way your phone is kinda like being powered off so it will not reset during the factory restore. So I did the restore and I already had a backup saved from before I jailbroke, so after the factory restore I just restored back to my saved backup and now my phone is back to normal :D YAY!!! With a little help from apple I got my phone back to new, BTW if they ask tell them your phone is NOT jailbroke or they will not assist you. Call apple phone support at 1-800-676-2775, if you need assistance with any other problems.

P.S. Be CAREFUL when using the Jailbreaks to download apps, be sure to do a little research on the app to see if anyone has had any problems with that same app before you download, lesson well learned..
