can I unlock bb 3.10.01 with ultrasnow? This is what I got from a reliable resource but was not verified. anyone knows.

Reliable source:

" Those who were earlier unlocked on baseband 01.59.00 can now proceed further to unlock their iPhone 4 using ultrasn0w."

That quote refers to baseband 01.59.00, and yes, that is correct.

03.10.01 is not mentioned there, nor can it be unlocked at this point.

2.10 and 3.10 can NOT be unlock...the only way 4.2.1 work with ultrasn0w is by upgrading firmware and preserve your 1.59 baseband

unlock is available only for baseband not above 1.59 you can have an unlock at higher/latest version only by preserving your baseband at 1.59 it can be done by either pwnage tool or sn0wbreeze
