hai i ahve an iphone 3gs with baseband 05.16.05 its a us phone and i am in india. i jailbreaked using redsn0w 0.9.10b9, but the phone is not unlocked. how can i fix my iphone. someone told me to install ipad baseband, but it will kill gps. is that the only solution??? if so tell me how to restore iphone 3gs 5.0.1 and after that install ipad baseband. plz tell me how to use my iphone.

@simon please keep all questions related to the same phone in the same question. You have opened three or four questions about flashing one single phone to the ipad baseband. If you are having issues it is best to keep it in one question so information about the phone is not all scattered around.
