Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.
Check @PanguTeam, @taig_jailbreak, @saurik, and /r/jailbreak for news and updates.
You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

How to fix some mysterious problems.

i have an iphone 4 which is on (non- jailbreak) version 4.2 ... and i want to know do i have restore version 4.2 again ... before the (greenpois0n 4.2 jailbreak). because i'm alreday on 4.2 lol do you guys understand what i'm trying to say.

No. Just download greenpois0n and your good to go

You don't need to restore from a stock iOS, you would only need to restore 4.2.1 if you previously used jailbreak monte or another untethered jailbreak.

If you're not previously jailbroken on 4.2.1, then you SHOULD be able to run greenpois0n right off the bat!

If you have any problems after the jailbreak, your best bet is always to go from a fresh restore.
