How to fix some mysterious problems.

Hi, I jailbroke my device with GPb4, Loader is there, I run it, say install Cydia, it says Success immediately (no download needed???) and of course Cydia is not there. Rebooted, still no Cydia.

Looks to me like it does not actually download/install Cydia at all, anyone facing the same issue?

Thanks!

Many people have had issues with installing Cydia, please search first.

You can force Cydia to install by running redsn0w.

Thanks, I also read that, but also found that the servers are back and it should work. Also, I am running on Win7, so cannot use redsnow to install Cydia :(

I assume servers are still overloaded and I have to wait some more.
