I'm currently on iOS 4.3.1 and I used JBME to jailbreak my iPhone 4, and I want to update to 5.0.1 and jailbreak using RedSn0w 0.9.10b1. 1) How do I update a jailbroken 4.3.1 to 5.0.1. 2) How do I do so without losing my cydia tweaks and everything else in cydia.

I downloaded the RedSn0w file, but I don't know what to after that, I only jailbroken my phone once with JBME, so ya please help me out.
