Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

iOS 8.3, 8.2, and iOS 8.1.3 are not jailbreakable. There is no way to downgrade from iOS 8.3, 8.2, or 8.1.3 to earlier versions.

So, I just jailbroke my iPod touch 4.3.3 via jailbreakme. I download SBSettings and MXTube. Then I downloaded icy from the ispazio repo. When I opened it, it got stuck on loading packages. So I just closed it. But then all my my jailbreak apps crashed upon launch and had white icons. So I rebooted. When my iPod was rebooted, all my jailbreak apps and most of my stock apps (Music, Videos, App Store etc.) we're gone. When I opened up settings, the apps that had disappeared were gone from settings too. Is there any way to fix this without restoring? I can't uninstall icy as cydia has disappeared with the rest of my jailbreak apps.

reboot 2-3 more times, then see if it's fixed. or else you gotta restore.

And icy has been long dead, also ispazio as a default cydia repo.
