This is probably the third (forth) time I have asked this. I been looking for a long time and cannot get a straight, helpful answer. It is about Cydia not allowing me to download certain apps because it says I need a certain firmware. However, it is not allowing me to download apps that say my current firmware is the one which is required.

For example: I am on Safari Download Manager I tap install and the confirm page comes up. It says I cannot download the app because of certain issues which cannot be automatically fixed. I look at the bottom and it says: Depends Firmware >= 3.0. It says this while my firmware is 4.3.3. Even on the main page of Cydia, when I scroll to the bottom, it says my firmware is 4.3.3 just like it is. Please help me fix this. And do not answer it you are not 100% sure it would work. Like I said, I've asked this two times already, each time with a useless answer.

P.S. Last time when I put this exact question up, I used "that" app because it was the only one I could come up with at that time. I wasn't actually going to download it, but the reason I used it was for an example because that app was specific for firmware in-between 4.0 and 5.0. Of course, there are others, but I don't think I should go looking for them just to make my example that much better. I apologize to those who were offended.
