Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.
Check @PanguTeam, @taig_jailbreak, @saurik, and /r/jailbreak for news and updates.
You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

data toggle is there by default. you may have hidden it. check sbsettings/more/set window toggles.

No one has probably made that yet. For me it's an essential toggle so I'd contact the creator, @qwertyoruiop on Twitter.

I'm an iOS developer and I'd be glad to work on it, although I don't own an iPhone so I could never test it, which is lame :(.

Yet, while UISettings is still into pretty much early stages (has way too few plugins) I'd stick with SBSettings for now. But who knows? Some time UISettings might even become more popular!

Yeah just use SBSettings, it's iOS 5-compatible now.
