Of course! It'd be kind of useless if you couldn't sync music, no? :P

I think the full sync is a pain in the butt :). What u can do is plug in your phone to iTunes now click on your phone on the left side menu, in the main window now you see your phone with your number and all that, scroll down on this window and you will see "manually manage music and video" something like that, make sure to check that box. Now what you can do is drag and drop music from your iTunes library into the left side menu where it shows your phone, you can also erase music off of your device now as well.

Easy way is to use a software like pc suite, iPhone browser, ifunbox, xili iPhone etc. to manage, to uninstall and to sync any kind of files. You don't need iTunes any more but anyway you must have iTunes by your pc to use the other softwares.

lets hope you are not pirating apps... just hit sync, and it should transfer your purchased apps. itunes can be very annoying.
