Question

i need to send my idvice to apple because of some problem..does they know that i jailbreak it and what happen to the warranty??

I think the ONLY way they would ever actually know is if they Jailbroke it their selves and saw the SHSH Blob's that were saved for that iDevice. :) or as guru said, they checked your baseband and matched it per your ios installed if you jailbroke with Sn0wbreeze. :) But if you do a full restore the BB will update at that point anyway if you just do it through iTunes.

I was thinking if you take your iPhone in and you have 4.3.3 installed and if they did jailbreak it and it showed blobs for 4.2.1 or earlier, wouldnt that give it away? Far as I know or thought I knew anyway, thats a clear indication it had been previously jailbroken at one point right? :)

Save blobs with TinyUmbrella, no jailbreak required.

Sorry fellas, :) but thats not what I meant at all. :P) :) Im just saying that if they (Apple) really wanted to find out if someone had previously jailbroken there iPhone they could jailbreak it their selves (assuming the person had it previously jailbroken and took it back with a fresh iOS installed killing there jailbreak) Cydia would tell them what SHSH's have been saved. If you take your phone back with 4.3.3 installed but they (apple) rejailbroke your fresh install of the iOS, they could tell by what Cydia blobs were saved or showing as to if that device had been previously jailbroken or not (4.2.1, 4.1 ect ect). Right? :)

Either way, I highly doubt that would ever happen, The topic was, can they tell if you had your iDevice jailbroken, Im just saying that there would be this way of them knowing if you had jailbroken or not. :):):)

Not really, TinyUmbrella doesn't require an idevice to be jailbroken, but pre 4.3.3 was able to use Cydia as a proxy, thereby starting the auto save feature of Cydia, and thus shsh's showing on Cydia home page when/if you eventually jailbreak....I think you're confusing yourself

They aren't going to go to the expense (effort). They know that they can't erase jailbreak awareness from your brain, so paying someone to detect your jailbreak during warranty return makes no economic sense.

All having SHSH's on file at Cydia proves is that you were smart enough to save them. Though there is a good probability the person who has done this has also jailbroken the device, it's not conclusively true. Cydia most likely has them on file for a lot of iPad 2 that have never been jailbroken because their owners used TU pointed at Cydia.
