Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

How to fix some mysterious problems.

hey all!! i want to save my shsh but i cant because it tells me : "The JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could block the execution"

and not just tiny umbrella......

What version of Java do you have installed? You probably should go to and get the latest. Be sure to uncheck any additional junk they want to give you (toolbars etc).

Disable your antivirus (AVG was screwing with me on this) and run it as an administrator. If that doesn't work redownload it and redo steps 1 and 2.

I ran into the same problem, i was searching for an answer and came across this (which didn't help for my case) as well as another site which helped and so i'm going to put it here as well, the solution for me was to add an environment setting for Java Options as below:

Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> Advanced (tab) and click on "Environment Variables" Under "User variables.." click on "New" Then add: For Variable name= _JAVA_OPTIONS For Variable value = -Xmx1g
