If I have JB Monte, is there any benefit of restoring and reJB with GP? Are they the same or there is any batter/performance improvement with GP 5.2

the benefit of jbing to gp is having boot logos. there shouldn't really be a performance issue assuming gp wont crash your idevice everyday. (happened to me in gp4) the battery life depends on what you install when you're jailbroken.

Thanks. Just felt this 4.2.1 on iPad is really battery draining with redsn0w, while I know it may not be JB related. For example. I fully charged my iPad to 100%, leave it overnight (removed all background apps before and turned on airplane mode), the next morning, it is down 2%. Worse on iPhone.

On 3.x, the iPad would last 2-3 days before it start to drop 1 percent with idle situation.

Is this iOS 4.x issue or JB issue
