Do you have TinyUmbrella? If so, launch it, uncheck the "set to Cydia on exit" box under advanced, save and exit.

Cydia's been having trouble with SHSH for 4.3.2 and this will bypass it and go straight to Apple for your update.

Try restoring to a custom 4.3.2 IPSW. Make one using sn0wbreeze 2.6 -

pwned DFU will let you restore without errors.

to get rid of 3194 errors on custom ISPWs you may need to set in your hosts file to . starting and stopping TUs TSS Server will set this for you.

here is post on the 3194 that may help.
