Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

Sorry, but no. In order to restore with saved SHSH, the currently signed firmware by Apple needs to have a SEP compatible with the firmware you are trying to restore to (SEP stands for Secure Enclave, it's a part of the processor which stores your fingerprints). If the SEP isn't compatible, the restore will fail.

Currently, the latest signed iOS version is 11.2.5. That SEP is compatible with all iOS 11 firmwares, but no iOS 10 firmware. Meaning if you attempt to restore, it will fail, and you will be forced to restore to iOS 11.

Stay on 10.3.3, wait until Meridian gets a working Cydia and Substrate, and then jailbreak.
