iOS 9.3.3 is latest. Yes it's jailbreakable. Only possible on a 64bit device however.

9.3.4 is now the latest iOS. This IS NOT jailbreakable. Do not upgrade to 9.3.4 as it plugs Pangu's exploit. Jailbreak while Apple is still signing 9.3.3

So downgrading from iOS 9.3.4 to 9.3.3 is still legit I take it?
