How to fix some mysterious problems.

I jailbreaked my iphone4 7.1.2. with Pangu and it was OK, but then I (stupidly) wanted to have a clean start so I performed "reset all content and settings". After that phone started up but surprisingly there was still Cydia icon, which wont start the program though. OK, so I restored my iphone totally with Itunes, over Hello screen and activation and everything and made it as a new phone and without Apple ID, so perfectly new! BUT, there is even more surprisingly still Cydia icon on the screen and cydia wont start. I tried to jailbreak it again but Pangu says it is already jailbroken. So how could be already jailbroken if I made a perfectly clean reset and restore? And what else I can do get out of this loop??

Did you restore from DFU or recovery mode?

SOLVED! I did the same thing again. 1. Restore 2. Set up as new device 3. Force cancel itunes sync

I tried twice before with no success. Really! But this time it worked.
