How to fix some mysterious problems.

Hi, I have an iPhone 5 on iOS 8.1 jailbroken, but recently bought an Apple Watch and it won't pair with my current iOS 8.1 version, because it needs the Apple Watch app, which doesn't support my current version. So I was thinking if I could upgrade to another version since I have saved my SHSH blobs from iOS 7 up to 9.1.

Any idea?

Thank you.

You can technically go to 8.4.1 with OdysseusOTA, but it only has a semi-working jailbreak. Why not just stay on 8.1 until a 9.2 jailbreak is released?

8.1 has worked great for me until now that I can't pair with my Apple Watch because it needs at least iOS 8.2 to pair with my iPhone. Thanks.

You can only restore to 9.2. It's the only 9.x version being signed.

Not now, but once there is an available untethered jailbreak for the current iOS version (hoping, praying), you can upgrade to that version and then jailbreak again.
