How to fix some mysterious problems.

Alright guys I NEED help as soon as possible. Today I took my iphone into verizon and was looking around for a new phone. The person there was cool enough that I asked her "If I have a jailbroken phone Should I factory reset it before I give it to you guys?" and she said "yes because if you don't we will have to fine you 700$" So long story short I came home and went into settings and tapped erase all/reset settings. And oh boy do I regret that. It was going well until it came to the apple logo with the loading bar. The loading bar does not move at all it hasn't moved since I tried this. It is responsive. If I hold the power and home button it will shut off but it will not go into DFU mode to restore it. I need to get it back to factory settings by Thursday. Help! Please you guys.

A fine.......that's hilarious.

Try recovery mode. Turn phone off. Have iTunes running on pc. Press and hold Home button while connecting to pc, let go of Home button when you see the "connect to iTunes " screen, you should now see a message saying iTunes has detected a device in recovery mode, and ask if you want to restore it.
