You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

Why? It's possible if there is jailbroken device with OpenSSH installed and there's also downgrade bundle in Odysseus.

That's what I said. If there's no downgrade bundle to that specific version = you can't downgrade to it.

Wouldn't matter if you had a bundle limo-delivered in person by Tim Cook, because if you're DOWNgrading to 9.0.2, that means you're currently on 9.1 or 9.2, and therefore have no jailbreak.
