How to fix some mysterious problems.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

I just got my phone today from the T-Mobile store, and I jailbroke it using Taig, and I didn't install anything from Cydia. When I went to restore from a backup I had made from my old phone, it restored everything, I think, but when I plugged it in to iTunes it gave me the screen that said "set up new iPhone" and "restore from backup." I thought not everything had restored, so I clicked restore again, from the same backup. Then my phone went to the "Slide to Upgrade" screen. I looked it up, and it said people got it while updating to iOS 9. I ttried restoring from backup again, but it said it couldn't do it because my phone was locked with a passcode. What will happen if I slide "Slide to Upgrade"? Is there any way I can fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Reboot phone, then try to restore from backup again. Next time, don't think. If you restored from a backup, everything that was on the backup was put on the phone. There is no reason to think that something wasn't restored.
