How to fix some mysterious problems.

okay so heres what happened: 1. downloaded ifile 2. went into system version plist 3. chaned ios from 6.1.6 to 7.0.1 then when I tried using iTunes and stuff nothing would work and everything would crash so I thougt Id just change it back to ios 6.1.6. so I did this: 4. went into cydia 5. uninstalled ifile 6. restarted ipod so then I thought it would go back to normal but its still 7.0.1 so I tried to reinstall ifile to change it through that but now it gives me this error saying I have to remove p0six-spawn... and also p0six-spawn has a red error flag because its downloaded for ios 6.1.6... The correct way to fix it would have been to edit it back from iFile. I don't understand why you thought uninstalling iFile would fix anything. I don't know how to help you now.

Unless you have mobile terminal or ssh or afc2 installed it's time to restore

@Tilerone he automatically got afc2 the moment he jailbroke. p0sixpwn (or redsn0w, whatever he used) install it upon jailbreak.

Download the shareware iFile deb to your computer and try installing it via iFunBox. Or if you can access the root file system in any way, then navigate to the system version plist and change it back. And needless to say, do not ever mess with system stuff unless you KNOW EXACTLY what you're doing.

His problem is that he can't change it back since he deleted iFile. Read the full question and the comments bellow it before answering.

Not to mention that the OP stated that he will restore and rejailbreak, so there is no point in answering.
