How to fix some mysterious problems.

Goodday folks,

I have just noticed that my iPhone 5s running iOS 8.4 drops 1% battery for every 4-5 minutes of usage with wifi on and brightness slider set to just below the middle. Standby is max 1% per hour with wifi left on & I lose about 6-7% overnight with wifi left on. Can anyone else please confirm if they have similar stats on their 5a running iOS 8.4? Is this normal to too much? Best regards.
