It is possible using iFile or Filza. You would have to find the apps data folder in /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/Application_Name and in there you would find the data for the appropriate app. (when in the Data portion of apps through a file browser Apple has for some reason made it that the data portion of apps are to be named by their ID's rather than their .app extension names so it would be difficult to find what app you are looking for if you have more than 30. My advice, install a package called Icon Tool and it adds a really neat feature to automatically take you to an app's data folder when doing a desired action on the app while on the springboard. for example, if i slide down on my it will bring up a menu with a bunch of cool options and the second option says "Open in iFile(Data)" so its perfect for finding that kind of stuff.) Hope i could help!

You wouldn't find anything as the comment by nbancilhon has nothing to do with what you asked his info directed you to the apps data (your stored files are not in this directory) they are on the actual connected drive. You'll need to mount the flash drive and I recommend using Filza not Ifile. As this has got mounts already bookmarked.

Why don't you just use the app ?
