How to fix some mysterious problems.

Itune does't see anything. But the (many) memos are still on the device. I could transfert them from my device uing ifile but without the title I gave them (their name looks like 20150624 193134.m4a)

EDIT: when I create new memos those one are detected. When I trim (or pretend I do) the old memos (the one missing) appear. Is there a way to batch process these trim trick using ifile? (I would take hours otherwise)

Is there a way to force itune to detect these old memos? (Maybe by placing something in the synch folders within the itune or the recording one?)

Ios6, last iTunes version.

The story behind: is that I did use iTunes for the first time, I did try to change the media folder location, then try to go back, but I could not. So I uninstalled iTunes (deleted also appdata's files). I installed it again, but it did not got my music then it deleted all my sound (it sync with an empty library I guess...), I uninstalled deleted the ituneCDB on my device to (try) to start fresh. Anyway I end up with my iPod deleted, no memo voice not detected anymore. I don't care much about the song I lost but I really need to extract these memos with their titles.

I'd try iBackupbot, it might detect them.
