Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.
Check @PanguTeam, @taig_jailbreak, @saurik, and /r/jailbreak for news and updates.
You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have just opened Cydia and watched a red problem saying:

Type '/var/mobile/library/caches/com.saurik.cydia/sources.list' is not known on line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list

Cydia is completely blank (except the main page).

I own an iPhone 4S with iOS 6.1.3.

Thank you.

Do you have iFile, Filza, mobileterminal or OpenSSH installed?

Nothing, I have iFunbox on my Mac. I have also observed that the iPhone has automatically disconnected from all my accounts (gmail, etc..)

If you can access the root filesystem, delete /etc/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list. If you don't have AFC2 (or "Apple File Conduit "2"") installed, you won't be able to access that path. In that case, I think it's time to restore to 8.4 and re-jailbreak.
