How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have an iPhone 6 jailbroken on iOS 8.4 with TaiG, and I have installed Theos on my phone. I technically created an app on my home screen, but it's not the regular way ($THEOS/bin/nic.pl), I did it using the tutorial from here:

http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Compiling_iOS_applications_on-device

So my app is made, but now I want to start adding buttons and other stuff on it. But the thing is, my app doesn't have the RootViewController files and all the other files that comes with making a tweak/app using "$THEOS/bin/nic.pl" on Terminal that is necessary for coding buttons and other stuff. All it has is main.m, TestLabel.h, TestLabel.m, and a few more files. So I just want to know how to add stuff to it without the RootViewControllers and all the other files that come with starting a project the traditional way.
