How to fix some mysterious problems.

First of all, I forgot to make a backup of my iPhone 5s running iOS 8.4 before I started the jailbreak. That is probably where the answer to my problem lies.

But since I have no backup to restore to, I need a way to reset Cydia, and make it "Prepare Filesystem" all over again, because from the beginning, my iPhone was low on space, and it made it crash several times while doing so originally.

I have read in places like here that I can fix the dpkg error by renaming some files. But I can't do that because I was never able to install OpenSSH or anything because dpkg has never worked.

Is there a way to reset Cydia without having to completely wipe my phone, and without having to SSH into it?

Also: iFunBox does not work, nor does any other file system explorer, such as iExplorer.
