How to fix some mysterious problems.

After iOS 7 was lanched for my iPhone, it has been lagging and I decided to jailbreak it to see if it would solve the problem. I make an iCloud backup and jailbreaked it with Pangu (v. 1.2.1) and afterward, opened Cydia to see if everything went well. It closed instantly and wouldn´t open. I resetted it, and lots of my apps were gone (App Store, Cydia, Contacts, Phone, and others). I backed it up, and decided to reset everything, hoping that at least the default apps would be restored so I could download my apps again. After the reset, I decided to restore it, in the hopes of that the default apps would be restored. Instead, the screen (of my iPhone) froze with "Restore Failed". I did a hard reset and the backup worked, but still no default apps. Does anyone know how I can at least restore my default apps?

Stashing bug. The only fix is a complete restore via iTunes.
