How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have an Iphone 3gs from US, and I always used it jailbreaked in other countries, now I'm in Germany. Since some time I don't update the iOS, so I did it to 6.1.6 from the iPhone itself, thinking that I could later jailbreak it. This turned out to be complicated, and my phone is completely blocked (says that the SIM is not valid). I'm following the guides I found in this site and so on, but I am stucked at this point:

I open redsn0w (first there is a message saying that some that "certain operations (like the A5 jailbreak) are disabled..." but I recently updated the itunes), then I select the IPSW (ios 6.0), and it says that "that IPSW is not supported by this version of redsn0w, fingerprint: 9648056e6bd8faf851da9dc62f7981fb612b8397"

I run the program as administrator with compatibility to win XP sp2, I tried to download many IPSW from different sources (all 818338725 bytes), I have the latest redsn0w (0.9.15b3) and I tried an older one also. Nothing worked.
