Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

I have iPhone 4 (Locked) on 4.1 BB 2.10.4...Should I go for this Jailbreak, I am waiting for Unlock...Please suggest

You can upgrade to 4.2.1 while keeping your 02.10.4 baseband, just follow the instructions by @notcom's directions here:

So when the Unlock will release, will I have to jailbreak again (using custom IPSW) or this jailbreak can be used?

Do you mean I will be able to restore back to 4.2.1 using tinyumbrella even if have jailbroken using GP?

It will depend on how the unlock is delivered, but most likely it will just be an update to ultrasn0w that can be installed via Cydia.
