I want to restore my iPhone and don't wanna lose my photos. I could backup my photos and data but i'm told by a guy that I can't make a backup of a jailbroken device and then restore the backup in restored iOS

Yes you can that's rubbish. Create backup in iTunes ....restore device ios........then restore backup ....then jailbreak if required.

Jailbreaking doesn't stop a device functioning in anyway shape or form. Only thing that could cause issues for restoring are if you've been using piracy ...which can sometimes interfere with how iTunes syncs/backups.

No piracy issues.

Well that "guy" who you mention doesn't know shit. Jailbroken devices can be backed-up just like unjailbroken devices. You don't have to worry about anything when backing up your device :D
