How to fix some mysterious problems.

I just got my iPad Mini out of an Apple Logo reboot loop. All of my tweaks & themes are gone. Where are they & and how do I download them back?

Ok, a little more information would definitely be helpful here.

Sounds like you disabled substrate. Reinstalling Cydia Substrate and rebooting should fix it.

My iPad Mini was at an Apple Logo reboot loop, where it would show the Apple Logo, then go black, then go back to showing the Apple Logo. I held the Lock & Home button until the screen went black, then held the volume up button, and the iPad Mini went back to Lock Screen. My Jailbroken apps are still there, but tweaks and themes are gone. How do I redownload everything at the same time?

Like I said, you're in Substrate-Disabled mode, meaning your tweaks are still installed they're just temporarily disabled. Reinstalling Cydia Substrate and rebooting should fix it.

You should have read the instructions better on the link I provided in your previous question.

How do I fix this weird problem on my device if I'm not sure which tweak is causing it? First try rebooting your device, just in case the problem was a temporary glitch. If your device is stuck on the Apple logo and won't boot up normally, you can do a hard reboot by holding both the power/sleep/lock and home buttons - the screen will go black, and you can release the buttons when the Apple logo appears.

The next option is to try booting with Cydia Substrate (Mobile Substrate) disabled. Turn off your device and then turn it back on, and hold the volume up button while the device is booting. (If your device is stuck and you can't turn it off normally, you can do a hard reboot by holding both the power/sleep/lock and home buttons, and then hold the volume up button while it boots.) Booting while holding the volume up button will disable Cydia Substrate and all tweaks. If things seem fine in this state, you can open up Cydia and uninstall the tweak that may have caused the problem. Reboot again to go back into normal jailbroken mode.
