Battery Drains Very Fast???

I jailbroke my iPhone 5s yesterday, since then i've noticed that my battery drains a lot faster then it used to. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? I'm not sure if there is something running in the background. I am using iCleaner and I have utilities such as Location Services turned off to save some. I am running on iOS 8.1.2

You could try setting up as a new device if you used an old restore , you can also adjust the mail push settings.What does your device say in settings > general > usage > battery usage ?
