How to fix some mysterious problems.

Ever since one of the recent substrate or safe mode updates, the battery life has drastically decreased. My 5s battery percentage is going down almost like a countdown timer. In the past hour I went from 89 to 73.

I have Normal app installed (it monitors Battery usage by apps) and it has been reporting that MSUnrestrictProc has been running 100% of time.

I have been a very longtime user of Cydia (4 years) and Normal (at least 6 months) and I have not even seen this process show up in the list at all much less as running so frequently. I updated to IOS 8.1 about a week ago.

I am running the following tweaks - DetailedBatteryUsage, Apple File Conduit 2, Appsync Unified, iCleanerPro, Substrate, Substrate Safe Mode,

To try and resolve the issue, I had done a full system restore yesterday and showing a this process running 100% of time.

Any suggestions? What is this process? Is it a bug? Should I uninstall Safe mode? Or both safe mode and substrate?

Is it possible that the new background architecture of MS is causing this? Is it possible to have an option to disable it?

Thanks so much in advance
