How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have a stock iPhone 4 and jail broke using the latest version of redsn0w today. I am NOT using an unlocked phone nor am I trying to unlock my phone. I just wanted to jailbreak and the jailbreak seemed to work with no issues but I have no 3G service at all now. What should I do?

(Sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but I could not find an answer, if so please give me the link?)

Thank you so much.

Try to reset Network Settings.

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings

Do not think about clicking any of "Reset All Settings" or "Erase All Content and Settings" these two will put a jailbroken device into recovery loop.

Unfortunately resetting network settings did not solve the problem. Any other suggestions?

What baseband do you have?

If you have been preserving it it could be a compatibility issue with the new firmware.

And is your "Enable 3G" setting ON in Settings -> General -> Network ?

If it is then i would suggest your restore to stock firmware 4.3.1 and re-jailbreak it.
