Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

I've made an app using xcode 5.1.1 which i prefer to host it on cydia repo and i'm wondering how can i host IPA in cydia. Please help me

I don't think you can host ipa on cydia

To publish software via Cydia, you can run your own repository or submit it to a default repository - see this advice on the iPhoneDevWiki. But the default repositories will probably recommend that you submit apps to the App Store instead.
