How to fix some mysterious problems.

I am on ios 7.0.6. I don't want to have to update my iphone 5c. I am having a problem with the bluetooth devices. I can't get the iphone to forget any device. I click on forget device and they are still there. Is there a way i can remove them using IFile or something? My devices saying i need to pair again, but my iphone says they are showing so it won't bring up any pairing prompts on my iphone when my car bluetooth display "type paring code on bluetooth device". Is there a way i can restore firmware without updating? The erase all settings and data in settings doesn't work. I tried resetting all network settings and I also tried to reset all settings, that didn't work either! It just stalls and doesn't complete the firmware restore. What can i do without updating?

I figured it out! I removed a certification in settings. The certification profile used bluetooth. Now I did that, the bluetooth settings are working like normal again. I can remove devices.

I recreated the problem with the certificate again, but this time it didn't work by just removing the certificate. I removed it and then i turned off bluetooth in settings and then resetted all settings a couple times.

No, you cannot restore without updating to 7.1.1. Never do "Erase all" when jailbroken. If you did that, and you didn't lose your jailbreak, you're very lucky and should probably buy some lottery tickets immediately. :P

You might want to give Semi-Restore a try, it's the closest thing you can get to an iTunes restore while remaining on the existing firmware and keeping your jailbreak.
