How to fix some mysterious problems.

I only have 3 GB available but on the usage page, 3.2 gb is the size of my largest app, I just restored and jbed last week. Is there something that tells me what is using that much space?

Were you jailbroken on your previous iOS? Did you use iTunes update instead of itunes restore to get to your current iOS version?

I dont have a huge amount of tweaks. I have most of these on my phone too and that doesn't have the problem

"Others" are partly app data from both appstore and cydia apps. Videos usually take up a chunk. You can use icleaner to free up a bit space, just don't overdo it and stick to basic settings.
