iOS 8.3, 8.2, and iOS 8.1.3 are not jailbreakable. There is no way to downgrade from iOS 8.3, 8.2, or 8.1.3 to earlier versions.

OK so I updated to iOS 6.1.6, which was a bad idea, but are there any programs yet that can jailbreak iOS 6.1.6?

u can use redsn0w or sn0wbreeze to jailbreak tethered and with redsn0w point to iOS 6.0 not 6.1.6 or another 6.x.x ipsw just 6.0 remember always point redsn0w to ipsw 6.0 jailbreak then once done use just boot option to get ur device jailbroken
once done u can install p0sixspwn in cydia to untether 6.1.6 it has been updated everything done right it should work if not restore and try again
