Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

evasi0n crashes as its modifying roots and doesnt put Cydia

I have jailbroken many people's iPads and iPhones and all them I updated them via OTA and worked fine but one of the iPad evasi0n crashes on modifying roots please tell me what I am doing wrong and please don't tell me a fix involving restoring

The issue is due to the phone being updated via OTA. While the jailbreak may complete on some OTA updated devices, it is strongly recommended to do iTunes restores prior to jailbreaking. These issues occur more frequently when one "cuts corners".

It involves a restore....sorry.......You more than likely updated ios using settings on your device....this is called OTA update and Evasi0n clearly say OTA can cause jailbreak to fail. Install latest itunes on PC. Back up device...... Go to device summary in tunes and choose restore.... The one circled red below. Turn off passcode lock ...........Then run evasion 1.0.6
