How to fix some mysterious problems.

AT&T Iphone ver 4.2.1, (8C2148A) , I had disconnected my service a few months ago and am getting ready to re-activate it but for now just have wifi enabled on the phone. I used the mac version of greenpoison version RC6.1 to jailbrake it, then after the phone rebooted I went into the loader app and clicked the "install cydia". After cydia installed, I went into cydia and went to manage account, but it gave me the error "Unable to Load" (The Certificate for this server is invalid. you might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "" which could put your confidential information at risk.)

What the hell does this mean? I tried rebooting the phone (holding sleep and reset together for 10 seconds) but it still persists. I then downloaded a app (MyWI 4.0) and when I try to start it it says my trial period is over. When I try to buy the app, it says "Please open Cydia To purchase", please open cydia and search for "MyWi 4.0" to purchase. (your version of Cydia doesen't support Auto Open) Thanks for your support.

What the hell does this mean as well?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

That's strange. I think loader botched your cydia install. Try installing cydia via redsn0w. Detailed instructions here.

And if you still can't get Cydia working that way, you're going to have to do a full restore and re-jailbreak I'm afraid. You shouldn't need a working 3G connection as part of the jailbreak, and activation through iTunes shouldn't need it either I don't think...

Try clearing safari's cache (settings app). Also try using a different wireless network, or 'forgetting' the network, and reconnecting. If all else fails, try resetting your network settings, and verifying your host file is not blocking any connecting to **
